On the basis of our own significant land and water holdings and through cooperation with other state land agents, Sveaskog is actively working to promote the development of tourism in Sweden. This is being done primarily through the leasing of land and water to tourist companies and through the marketplace inatur.se where companies within eco-tourism can promote and sell their products and services to a specific target group. National efforts to develop activities within eco-tourism will in the long term provide a basis for increased employment and growth in rural districts.
